I ordered two item and i received only one. I have requested the team to look into the problems but still no updates. And hence i have requested for return and refund and i still didn’t get any response from the team. It’s been a week now and i don’t know what to do.

Looks like it’s made from a single block of wood. It’s solid wood and if you like that kind of cool stuff plus at a reasonable rate go for it
Would be more comfortable with little more cushion for Lumbar support
