SHIPPING POLICY
Once the payment is done, your order is confirmed immediately. We take 2-5 days to dispatch your order, and once dispatched, you will have your parcel in your hands within 7-10 business days. You will always have the tracking details right here to never let you get lost in anticipation.
We are a small business and work with a small team who meticulously pack your orders to avoid damage in transit. :)
Please note that we are not responsible for any delay in transit caused by the courier services. Sometimes, due to weather, roadblocks and other unforeseen circumstances, delays cannot be avoided.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns
We offer RISK FREE replacement policy. If your purchase does not match the description or is the item is defective under the manufacturing warranty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will make sure your issue is resolved at earliest.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you are approved, we will deliver new product or offer a 100% refund on your purchase payment.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Cancelations
The time between after placing the order and getting dispatched to the respective address, cancelations will not be acceptable, because the manufacturer, manufactures according to your necessities. Few products can be cancelled during this time but there will be charges applicable shown below in the table
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment or store credit.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at qwqbuy.com contact page.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable).
We only offer refund in the following two situations:
- You have received incorrect product(s)
- You have received damaged product(s)
In both the cases, you must send us an unboxing video of the parcel within 48 hours of receiving it at cs@livingshapes.com
